The first butterfly this spring!
I saw it in Espoo Central Park
by lake Mössenkärr, 29.3.2014.
I'm not good at ID:ing butterflies,
but I believe this is a large tortoiseshell.
(Please correct me if I'm wrong.)

ReplyDeleteSkjønne sommerfugler som kommer med bud om varme og lange dager. Jeg så den misnste og den største sommerfuglen lokalt for to uker sida, men jeg klarte ikke å fange dem opp med kamera. Den jeg har på bloggen, tok jeg bilde av i Pyreneeene da jeg var der i mars. Ha en fin ukeslutt du også....og smykket er mye i bruk 😎.
