    Hienoja joutsen kuvia Gunilla!
    Mieheni oli jo täälläkin nähnyt joutsenparin, mutta olivat lähteneet ilmeisesti suurempaan sulapaikkaan eli lähijokeen, en ennättänyt kuvia saamaan.

      Thank you Eileen! Yes, they pair for life. The grayer bird is probably their offspring from last year.

    Wonderful - I used to see these swans in the winter in the UK - but they dont come this far south!

    How charming the way these swans echo another's movement--especially the way they hold their necks and swim together in tandem--little swam barges! :-) Very nice swan study, Gunilla.
