    1. Thank you! I saw them later and nine of them made it to almost adults. After that I couldn't tell them apart from the other mallards.

  12. HI Gunilla I see this shot was taken in August but i have to tell you when I was out on Monday with my bird group, we saw a Mallards with 12 new ducklings!!! The weather has been so warm for this time of the year. All going to change now (they tell us!!!)

  19. I had a problem keeping track of two babies (a LONG time ago). Can't imagine trying to herd ELEVEN little ones!
