Your wood pigeons are quite similar to our White Winged Doves here in Texas. LOVE the cranes in flight images...that's not easy to capture birds in flight with such clarity as you did!!!
You had a good bird stalking session, Gunilla. The stork chevrons are quite beautiful and surprisingly graceful for this bird. And I love the folk tales about the jackdaws. A favorite book is Jackdaws by Ken Follett. Have you read?
