My cactus was full of blossoms in June.

    Interesting to see the coot preening. The Muskrat looks cute and very adept at eating reeds. Lovely shots!

    Especially the muskrat I like a lot. This spring I also saw one, but it was swimming. I certainly would have liked it to see him the way you did.

    I might be considered 'weird'...but I think muskrats are so cute!! And the coot preening...seems the birds do this constantly, right? I really like your photos of it today, with the reed. Well composed.
