A hare and some cows

Espoonlahti nature reserve, Espoo 25.7.2014.

I managed to get one good photo of the hare
before he had enough and took off.

The cows were employed as gardeners
for a couple of months this summer
to keep the landscape open for the birds.

  12. Looks like the cows are enjoying their employment. Our rabbits freeze until they know you've seen them, then they take off at lightning speed.

  20. Beautiful landscape. Were you being serious when you said that the cows were employed as gardners? What a great idea. Around us, you can rent goats to help clear your land.

  21. I remember my grandparents had a cow when young (way more than 50 years ago, haha) But stayed in a cage and really different environment. Happy for them for their peaceful life (both hare and cows) ♡♡♡

Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment. I will return your visit (if I haven't visited you already), but please be patient. I might not be able to do so until the weekend. Take care!
