Kvarnträsk / Myllyjärvi

I went to Kvarnträsk (which means mill lake) on Saturday.

Lots of ice and pretty newly fallen snow.

Arriving at the lake.

View over the lake.

There's ice on the lake, but I stayed on land.

Waiting for swimmers.

I often have two cameras with me:
One for landscapes and one for details
like the ice in the photos below.

I'm linking to Blogger's Sunday Walk.

I guess I cheated a little as I did my walk on
Saturday, but I hope you enjoyed it anyway.

  16. Doesn't matter when you walk and it looks like it was a lovely one at that! I too have 2 camera bodies as I just don't want to be trying to manage getting lenses off and on all the time!

    1. Thank you, Bethany! It's not a waterfall, but the surface of the cliff is usually wet after the rain.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment. I will return your visit (if I haven't visited you already), but please be patient. I might not be able to do so until the weekend. Take care!
